Hello and a very warm welcome if you are new to my website. I am delighted to be able to now offer Reflexology, this is a wonderfully relaxing therapy involving massage of the feet to stimulate the natural healing process of the body. It is thought to have originated in China over 500 years ago and is based on the principle that each reflex point on the foot corresponds to a part of the body. This site will be updated shortly to include a full page about this excellent therapy, but in the meantime if you require any more information, please don’t hesitate to contact me. The last few months you may have seen me at either Mind, Body, Spirit Fairs or Healthy Living Days in Lancashire. If you are interested in future events, send me an email and I will add you to the mailing list. These days are a great way to experience therapies for the first time or to have a reading and it would be lovely to see you. My newly refurbished therapy room has been received very well, customers are telling me that they start to relax the minute they step through the door! Thank you to all, that is exactly the atmosphere I wanted to create and your comments are much appreciated. I have been asked to give talks to a few local groups recently and am always amazed at the variety of questions that people have, so if you run a club or society or would like me to come and talk to a group of your friends, let me know.
